    Beautiful, idyllic and pretty
    The cottage was beautiful , very clean and very well equipped We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas stay there. And a pretty Christmas tree greeted us in the lounge. We had a nice walk to Sea Palling beach which our doggies loved . We also visited Horsey Beach and saw the seals . . Amazing spectacle . Would definitely like to revisit in the summer
    Everything was perfect - the cottage was idyllic . We were slightly concerned before we went that there was only one bathroom and toilet and If I couldve made it even more perfect, I wouldve liked another toilet . However, actually although there were 6 adults, not once did we have any bathroom issues and we were there for 4 days! So our initial worries were not needed and we would certainly revisit without hesitation

    The cottages were absolutely beautiful, everything you could need was provided and was a perfect space to accommodate us. We had both cottages for 6 adults, 2 teenages 3 younger children and 2 dogs. Very close to the beach at seapaling, and easy access to other villages in Norfolk.
    Only downside is the downstairs bathroom but it wasn't something that would put us off returning.

    Our stay was just perfect. The cottages had so many homely touches and was even decorated with Christmas trees and ornam
    The property was very modern and clean. The under the cupboard door that connected the two properties was a great addition as it meant our party of 12 could go between cottages with ease.
    The only downside to the property is that theres only one bathroom in each cottage. However, we made do and didnt find it too much of an issue.

    The cottage was superb, clean and had everything we needed. It was great for my girls as they felt comfortable and loved their room.
    The gate didn't give me great confidence that my dog couldn't get under it and onto the main road. This is a minor minor gripe though.

    Stunning veiws
    Gorgeous veiws and a lovely big garden. Nice recommendation in the welcome pack. Not too far from the beach, and there are a few places to eat and a little amusement to entertain on a wet day. In the other direction Tesco.
    Maybe a clothes horse would be helpful if you planned to wash.

    An up to date well maintained cottage with all the required facilities. Close to the coast to view the seals and pups an
    Clean, warm, all needed facilities and equipment. Great beds and quality linen. Fantastic comes from the owner throughout our stay
    minor points steep stairs bathroom downstairs but did not detract from the enjoyment of the facility
