    The hotel breakfast was delicious and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The bath and dual shower heads were good after a long day out, the water pressure was satisfying. The kitahama station being underneath was super convenient for the cold winter mornings and night trains. It's also a 1 minute walk around the corner from a family mart. Overall, would stay here again when I come back to Japan.
    The pillows were a bit odd, with some of them being packed with regular stuffing/feathers? The others were more like memory foam with some beads at the bottom? I guess there's a variety of pillows to suit your preference

    There was some ambiguity regarding kids free breakfast . Booking.Com should have made it clear . Otherwise it was good .

    The electric massage chair in our room is the best. My husband really loved it! The location is very convenient for those who travel with big luggages, just located above the elevator at exit 6. The staffs were also nice and helpful.

    A great stay in Osaka
    Great value and a fantastic location, and an incredibly comfortable bed. It was nice having a proper sized room and an openable window instead of the box I stayed in Tokyo.
    it was all fantastic. Ill happily stay here again.

    There was a connection to the subway line under the hotel building which was very nice. Location was great but food options were not as good as I would've hoped. It was clean and comfortable, the staff members were very attentive and helpful.

    GREAT executive hotel in Osaka suitable for couples, too!
    The hotel is quite simply amazing. Staff went above and beyond to help me, they were so so so kind! And they even arranged a Yamato airport luggage shuttle for me and my wife. Rooms are comfy, modern and spacious. Hotel offers normal amenities plus a microwave, vending machine and ice machine in several rooms. Located literally next to a metro station with exclusive access from underground. Great executive hotel suitable for couples, too! Would stay again!
