Good

Great location, super hard beds

Location was good, near two great local restaurants, a short walk to everything in Osaka. It had a gym, although no weights, the space was good to work out in.

Small room, bed was very uncomfortable, we asked for a topper but they didn't have one, they did offer us a duvet, which helped to sleep but was not a comfortable stay.

Convenient and close to Dotombori

Very close to the Daimaru gallery and walking distance from the Dotonbori. Very good value. Excellent breakfast.

Room not so big for being a deluxe, but typical in Japan.

Good and worth the money

I like that they supply water everyday. I love the supplies they provide at reception and the coffee as well.

Nothing location is superb and strategic if you like shopping just close to any shops

Great location, shopping, eateries, Dontonbori a short walk. 2 mins to subway. Nice Italian restaurant in the hotel for fussy young people.

Exceptional

Staff spoke very good english and was very helpful and courteous. Location is very near to Shinsaibashi Shopping alley connecting to Dotonbori. Tv has info on which laundry machine is available.
