Although it says Burj view, that may be true but very little view and you have to really focus to see the Burj.

The building location was OK. The gentlemen who checked me in and showed the flat was helpful and friendly.

On booking.com, it said with Burj Khalifa's view, but there was absolutely no view. The living room is smaller than the dark toilet. There was a little 1 inch size cockroach in the living room that I defeated! I fortunately saw it on the last day, otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep. The towels are too small and impractical. The living room is useless at all... over all lucky I had to only stay one night..

Pool is really nice. Location in general is good.room very comfortable.

Its not a hotel but a single appartment rented out. The neighbouring room are handled by other individual. Thus, the reception is only for administration stuff and not for handling services during the stay. Also, the building itself seems very high end. Thus, by the reception lobby are lot of women coming and leaving quickly every time. This was bit disturbing knowing that the building is used for some other purpose. May be I am wrong and most of them were really guests/ living at the buildinh

as I entered the Hotel the front lobby told me to message the property directly so that they send their staff to pick you up as I didnt had internet and battery on my phone it was a hassle to contact them by the entrance nobody assist you with the luggage its not common this kind of behavior in a 5 star property by the way I recommend as every 5 star hotel they provide some Water in the room also coffee for the coffee machine as you have it already in all 5 star hotels totally they are better options to book in regard of price

Location was excellent, walking distance from Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The landlord and the team were very helpful and always responded quickly. Appartment was clean, beautiful and with fully equipped kitchen.
