Superb

Although it says Burj view, that may be true but very little view and you have to really focus to see the Burj.

The building location was OK. The gentlemen who checked me in and showed the flat was helpful and friendly.

On booking.com, it said with Burj Khalifa's view, but there was absolutely no view. The living room is smaller than the dark toilet. There was a little 1 inch size cockroach in the living room that I defeated! I fortunately saw it on the last day, otherwise I wouldn't be able to sleep. The towels are too small and impractical. The living room is useless at all... over all lucky I had to only stay one night..

Pool is really nice. Location in general is good.room very comfortable.

Its not a hotel but a single appartment rented out. The neighbouring room are handled by other individual. Thus, the reception is only for administration stuff and not for handling services during the stay. Also, the building itself seems very high end. Thus, by the reception lobby are lot of women coming and leaving quickly every time. This was bit disturbing knowing that the building is used for some other purpose. May be I am wrong and most of them were really guests/ living at the buildinh
