The food, very limited options. We missed the dinner buffet. They didn't even bother when we requested food. They tried to make it up the next day by offering free lunch, but it was already too late as it was supposed to be a birthday dinner. For a New years celebration package and for a 5 star resort, the experience was poor, and we will not go there again. It's not worth the 3 hours drive from Dubai. It's in the middle of nowhere.

I really appreciated the serene ambiance of the resort. The clean beach and the temperature-controlled pool were fantastic, especially considering the cold weather during our stay. The tranquility of the remote location offered a peaceful retreat, and the room service was exceptional the staff's warmth and attentiveness truly stood out.
While our stay was enjoyable overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. The initial reception at the front desk could have been more welcoming. Additionally, although the remote location provided tranquility, it was quite far from the city, which might be a consideration for guests looking for more accessibility.

The kindness of the staff from the bellboys to the chefs. A great room.
The checking takes a bit long but the staff is very nice.
And the swimming pool is a bit small so it gets crowded quickly but it does not really matter because the beach is just wonderful. May be a bit more beach chairs.

-non smoking room is lingo for room without balcony
- very Understaffed though the commitment from existing staff was very strong, still took 1 hr to get cleaning services
- not as great as it looks in the pictures
- lunch spread looks great, breakfast not so much
- not that clean for a 5 star place
- value for money is not that great
