    Heater not really working. It's december and can be quite cold. Not enough hot water for shower.

    Its just beautiful and really a serene place to come back to and slow down from the city. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The service leaves you with chills its so genuine.
    Breakfast is heavy on carbohydrates (which is typical for Morocco) but this is a big deal for me. Sometimes in morning you can be woken up by other guests as rooms are facing into the courtyard. Neither of these things are dealbreakers but good to know.

    The staff were great, Abdul was so kind and helpful. He helped us with all questions. The decor was nice and rooms were clean.

    Very clean room, all facilities available. Breakfast with a lot of choice, option was also to sit on the rooftop which was very nice! The staff was very helpful, in particular Abdul who really took good care of us!!!

    A wonderful riad & comfortable stay in the Medina..
    The location was excellent, easy to find & not at all far from the entrance of the Medina and all the wonder of the souks, restaurants & attractions. The riad itself is very sweet, pretty, comfortable & the roof top great for resting in the day or having a drink, a good sunset view too. The manager Abdoul & all the staff were so welcoming, warm & helpful. Abdoul we will not forget your smile, kindness & the extra coffee you brought us at breakfast every morning . Thank you all for a wonderful stay and delicious breakfasts, pancakes, juice fruit
    The bathroom didnt have a window, but this is only my preference.

    Comfortable, friendly, central and very pleasant thank you Abdoul who was lovely and helpful when I was ill whilst there
    The staff were very helpful and kind and it had a really home feel about it. The terrace for breakfast lovely start to the day.
    Tired room I felt we were in the suite beds were comfy and nice bathroom but needs a lick of paint and new cushions and when you arrive its nice to see it with the lights on and arrive to smells in the room we had a infuser with nothing in it! Just small things on detail could be better and being told when you arrive wine is available. The bathroom just needs a paint around front of it. Small details that is all. It would in my eyes make a difference.

    A quiet respite from busy medina
    Lovely reception area with a small pool and sofas. The room was spacious and the large bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was really good: fruit, eggs, bread cakes etc. The attractive roof terrace was on a few levels with table seating areas and recliners for sunbathing. Staff were very helpful and available.
    Like most riads situated in a quiet alley , its a little difficult to find if using Google maps! Thats not the fault of the property.
