We got the room at a discounted rate. Great location, within walking distance to everything in the city. Great view from the 17th floor.
Easy check in and check out process. The staff at Pandanas do not offer assistance to guests that stay in private suites, but owner of apartment was very helpful.
Room didnt have a balcony, I thought the room had a balcony from the photos.

The room we had didnt smell of mould, which was an improvement as we had been in the mantra hotel, which shares the same building and the room that we had previously small of mould
To get access to the room is confusing and complicated. We get inundated with emails, but nothing actually explains what you have to do on arrival and the fact that it is inside and as a hotel we were eventually able to get hold of the host. He was helpful Isa, expecting parking when we arrived to be free, but ended up having to pay for it. The bedspread in the room had a brown stain on and the view was okay

Nice, clean modern studio apartment, close enough to everything you need in the city
It's an Airbnb, NOT a hotel. Too many hoops to jump through with multiple key cards, numbers, lockers etc. Staff at the multi desk unhelpful because they're not working for you, they're working for a hotel which also operates in the same building.
