    We really loved the Mountain View! We also got to experience a momma bear with 3 cubs.
    The light in the down stairs bedroom was blown, the water pressure in the showers was not great but ok to be as expected for how high up the mountain we were, and the hot water didnt get very hot in the showers. Other than the minor stuff everything was good for a weekend getaway. I do not recommend going during car show events tho as traffic was a pain.

    Had a great time in the Great Smoky Mountains.
    Really loved the hot tub plus private bath and a jacuzzi in each bedroom. The kitchen was well equiped and had all necessary appliances. Using a door code to enter was much easier than keeping up with keys. Would stay again.
    While the property was clean in general, it needs a deep cleaning. The banisters on the stairs were very dirty and we cleaned them ourselves because they were sticky as well as some of the door knobs. The baseboards are also in need of cleaning and paint. TV in bottom bedroom had no sound on cable TV.

    The Floorplan worked out great for our family. Beautiful views off the decks. We enjoyed having our coffee everyday out there and having cocktails in the evening. The hot tub was great after a long day of sight seeing. Great location on the mountain and close to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
    The downstairs had a musty smell., it didn't really bother us. It is a mountain road but a skilled driver should have no problem.

    hot tub wouldnt stay hot and leaked real bad and had no pressure I. the jets, we got vandalized by two bear and one of them tried to attack us we called for help and they said they couldnt do anything we were on our own to defend ourself

    Loved staying here and would defiantly stay again in the future.
    Loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with anything needed for cooking in, including coffee filters. There were dvd's to choose from and watch, a game room with pool table, poker chips, board games and books so it would have been great for a group/family. The place was VERY clean and the view from the balcony was nice.
    The little bit of grass surrounding the cabin was VERY high. Even though there wasn't much space around the cabin, if we had had kids with us and they wanted to go outside at all, they wouldn't have been able to leave the driveway. We didn't have kids so it wasn't an issue for us, it just looked a little unkept. But that was seriously the only fault we could find with the whole place. Everything else was excellent.

    everything was great! great view, very cozy and beautiful!
    hot tub jets worked poorly and it wouldnt heat up as much as I had hoped. (more than likely from previous guests not knowing how to properly use it, like keeping it covered when not using and turn off the jets when done).

    This was a beautiful cabin and relaxing. Had plenty of things for the family to do when not out sightseeing. Would have been nicer if hot tub worked properly.
    The hot tub was not working properly. The water level kept going below the jets and they would spray in our faces. Then we would fill it up to where it was suppose to be and it would then be cold. So we were hoping that since we filled it up to the right level we would be able to use it the next day after warming back up but the level went back down below the top jets again.
