    Cost more than it was worth. ROBBED, KICKED OUT AND ROBBED AGAIN
    I reserved several days, but when an employee stole over $400.00 from me, and mgmt refused to address the issue, I filed charges with the local police. Because I did file charges, mgmt canceled the remaining days of my prepaid reservation and REFUSED to refund those days remaining. The mgmt of this Hotel does not protect the guests employee theft but instead further enhances the crime by kicking guest out and keeping the money paid for days remaining.
    Mgmt should have refunded remaining days of reservation.

    With a little more effort on their part, this could be a really nice place to stay.
    The room was clean and attractive. One bed was quite comfy. Heat worked well. Breakfast was good, for what it was. A toaster and a whole grain bread option would have been nice.
    One bed was hard, not comfy. TV remote was missing the back panel and sticky all over (from tape?) Front desk replaced it with one that didn't actually operate the set. Had to unplug it to turn it completely off.

    It was the right place at the right time.
    Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts at other motels. Night clerks were excellent, very friendly. We would consider staying there again
    Bathroom fan did not work at all. Elevator would work sometimes. Sometimes it would not rise to another floor after button was pushed. Elevator was not smooth. Morning desk clerk was very condescending when approached about elevator.

    Not a good place for my family
    The accessibility and the price
    The staff was rude, the breakfast was poor. Someone knocked on our door at midnight, we tried to ignore it until I had to attend and if was this guy who was on the with room, however he looked somewhat drunk or drugged. The environment was not good for my family.

    Parking was convenient.
    Small rooms/bathrooms. Unnecessary TV armoire taking up space in an already small room.

    Awful dont waste your time or money. We stayed at a better place a few days before within a few miles of this place and
    Well the guy who checked us in was friendly that was about the only good thing about it
    We booked two rooms with four beds total then was given two rooms with 3 beds for 8 people The lights didnt work in one room plugs didnt work the check out guy was so rude and hateful Id never stay again just due to his attitude We had to ask for batteries to fix the fire alarms in the room just for them to stop making sounds. Over all its just a place to sleep and nothing more

    Wonderful till we were cussed at by the morning clerk. Very unprofessional. Wont return.
    Location and price
    Our stay was great and staff were all extremely polite until the morning when we left. The elevators were not working and we were on 4th floor. I had an elderly person that couldnt take stairs so i walked down to tell staff the elevator was stuck and he cussed at me and told me there was nothing wrong with them. Another man walked up complaining also and the clerk named Justin stood up and screamed at him and said he doesnt care and that he couldnt handle all the complaints. I asked his name and he told me it was none of his business and to shut up. This totally ruined our stay.
