    Needs attention , as would be lovely if tidy-up.
    Liked that it was a nice area and would stay again if all issues below were fixed.
    Hot tub not working, as I booked for hot tub could have been informed of this pool not cleaned for arrival, but did get cleaned next day.need to update there photos on Booking.com, lots of dust , dirty sponges ..outside area is lovely but needs cleaned and all the old and broken furniture removed. Plus, the main bedroom headboard is hanging off the wall. had to push it in every morning .plus, could do with some new sheets in the main bedroom .

    Fabulous pool, prompt replies from host, large tv. Good for a family with children.
    Description of the property is not accurate and needs updating. For example, It is not close to a beach, it has 2 bathrooms, not 3, one with a shower cubicle and not a walk-in shower, there are no mosquito nets, hot tub does not work. 2 windows did not lock, no security or cctv. A LOT of ants in and around the house. Local cat that poops near the pool. Electric gate doesn't function, so it has to be opened manually, and it is very heavy and drags on the ground. Unfortunately, the villa has probably had guests who have not washed dishes, etc, very well, and this hasn't been picked up in between rentals. Bedding didn't smell very nice and had to be washed. All in all, the villa needs a little tlc to make it a more comfortable and secure place to stay.

    Fantastic family villa with a beautiful outside pool area
    The pool area was exceptional. Beautiful pool with sun all day long and lots of places to sit and chill. Villa lovely and spacious with a pool table in the lounge area.
    Would have been better if we didn't have to pay for the pool table

    Very dirty! We have many pictures to prove..
    It was in a fairly good locationshops and restaurants were close..
    When we arrived the host couldnt meet us because of late arrival(after 8pm),so we had the key in a small box . When we stepped into the house,a horrible smell hit us straight in our faces .we looked around and everything was incredibly dirty!!We couldnt even put our foods in the fridge because it was that dirty and sticky and very old and damaged in the front..the coffee machine,washing machine,the sink etc was very very dirty too.on the tables and counters there was a layer of dustThe bed sheets were full of lint and old and not clean either.it had a very bad smell too. The outside furniture dirty and falling apartwe even found mouse droppings in the drawer in sitting room !!So with our 3 kids we sat only on the sofa till morning and we put the key back in the box ,texted to host and at 10am we left. we doesnt get back the money for the days we did not stay in the villa because the host didnt agreed!We paid 1100 for 6 days

    We really loved this house and the host is really friendly and we highly recommend this villa.
    The only minus point is the power which will fall out even when there is almost nothing on. The jacuzzi is broken and couldnt be used. We hope that with a next visit this is repaired.

    disappointed with refusing one nights refund.
    No electricity for 1 nights owner contacted 3 electricians come out on separate occasions and could not rectify the problem no electricity then first one got aircon working but nothing else. second one got fridge working but nothing else then 3rd one managed to get all working but we was still unable to do anything on second night as it was to late for electricians to get materials need to do the job properly. owner did offer us some alternative accommodation but we refused as we was only there for another 2 days and packing everything up and unpacking again to an area we didn't want to go to was out of the question. Either way we was still without FULL electricity for one night owner is now refusing to compensate us for the nights stay without electric, after stating she would reimburse us. other than that villa was exceptional.
