I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary treat of delicious mango sticky rice. The hostess was friendly, offering a warm welcome and valuable assistance in organizing my trip to Chiang Rai. The facilities were clean, and the entire staff was consistently friendly. As a thoughtful gesture upon departure, I received delightful gifts for both myself and my family, along with some tasty croissants for breakfast. The experience was truly memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and attention to detail.

The hostess was really nice. She arranged us "normal" priced taxies (around 90 bath instead of 200) to go to the airport and the city centre and back. Als the (Thai) breakfast is really delicious!
