If you like sleeping in a wet cold bed, then this is the hotel for you.

The staff is incredible and kind, and the New Years Eve party was very memorable and well organized!

Where to start. Many problems with this hotel but mainly it is due to management on the maintenance of the rooms. The humidity in the rooms in unacceptable. Our cloths felt wet for the entire stay, the bed seemed it had been put inside the pool, and towels would NEVER dry up. I dont think anyone would willingly pay over $100/ night to sleep in a wet cold bed. Disgusting. The problem comes from an outdated and not well maintained central AC system. It dripped water constantly as it worked, just to give you an idea of how bad it is. The hotel tried to fix the problem by putting a dehumidifier in the room for a few hours, but then need to move it to other rooms to help fix the exact same issue. The least they can do it to invest in dehumidifiers to have in each room, as a minimum effort. The ceiling has clear marks of humidity that shows it has been an issue for a long time, so the hotel knows about this problem and ignores doing any effort to fix it. Such a shame since the hotel is nice and the staff is amazing. Overall, the stay experience would be much better. They dont understand that fixing this problem can bring so much more clientele that will leave his place happy and satisfied. Even books and passports were ruined for how humid the rooms are. See pictures. Other than that, no additional complaints. But it was painful to stay in this room conditions for a week. Not coming back unless I know the problem has been fixed.

Amazing hotel

Hotel was near the beach, they provided a shuttle to reach the beach, everyone were so polite and friendly. And a north Indian restaurant 2 min away from the hotel,

The driver putu reza which was provided by booking.com, I repeat it was not from the hotel, He was a money looter, He wasted my one day, he tried to snatch my wallet, he was trying to drop us middle of nowhere, he seems planned robbed us by 1.9 million Indonesia rupaiya

Overpriced, easy access to nearby places, run down property, totally not worth.

Nearby access to lots of places within Seminyak

Cleanliness was certainly not delivered, property needs major upgrades and rooms are stinky, we had to close the toilet door during sleep and make do with leaking aircon due to fully booked rooms. The only thing which met expectations I would say is their breakfast which is a norm for many hotels nowadays. Totally not recommending this property to anyone.

Did not meet my expectations.

Enjoyed the breakfast menu and the friendly staff. Most of Bali hotels have great customer service, so this is not quite unique. Location was great if you are interested in the party scene.

The property is old. The rooms had a musty and damp smell. The facilities looked old and noticeably with old stains. I booked the bathtub/jacuzzi room and honestly it didnt look clean enough for me to soak my body in. I ended up skipping that part. The rooms need a facelift. Also, breakfast orders for tea and eggs would take so long I actually regretted booking. One can add a few coins for better quality elsewhere. I slept in a total of 6 hotels across Malaysia and Indonesia during this trip, for the same average price and this was my only regret.
