    When I used the bathtub, the hot water doesnt work well.

    A little gem in Halong
    The hotel was in a more quiet part of Halong. The staff were very friendly and approachable. Ha at front desk, was extremely helpful and so eager to help us with whatever we needed. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There is also a nice cafe attached to the hotel with great food.

    Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was also very good and there was good coffees and drinks on downstairs cafe. Our room was very big and nice. Could recommend this to everyone.
    Soundproofing was not so good so there was some noise from next door neighbor. But area is quiet so night time there was quiet.

    Excellent!
    Really cute hotel in a cute area of the city! The staff is super helpful and friendly! Motorcycle and bikes are available (bikes are free) and I highly recommend to get one to explore Ha Long. Recommend!

    Welcoming lobby disappointing stay
    The hotel is nicely quirky and well appointed the breakfast was enjoyable with good choice
    Sadly our tablet went missing whilst our bags were left in reception of the 3 bikes for use only 1 was in full working order Having booked a room with a bath it was disappointing that there was no enough hot water available to use it
