    Met expectations. Location perfect, great host. Didn't try to connect to WiFi or get the dvd player going so can't say. Shower nice and hot. Great location for trips into the surroundings, walking distance to hotel, shop and beach.

    Great weekend getaway
    Lived up to it being a delightful cabin. Was perfect for a quick weekend get away. Host was friendly and helpful. Good parking.
    Window allowed a bit of rain in that had been left open before our arrival. We notified the host and it wasn't a major issue whatsoever.

    The location and being self contained.
    The host was uncontactable and didn't greet us as per email. I couldn't work 3 appliances. Microwave, lamp, floor heater. It didn't seem very clean. Sheets crumpled, hair in shower. Tape over cracks in shower. There was no key to keep our things secure. There was no live TV. We were very disappointed as this was supposed to be the highlight of our holiday.

    Beautiful cabin with Lake Hawea right next door !
    The cottage is very well located in the nice and calm town of Lake Hawea right out from the busy Wanaka! The lake is accessible by foot from the cabin :-)
