Nice staff, great location, rooms a little dated and no wellness facilities, thus a bit pricey.

Breakfast is nice and staff great

Rooms are poorly designed. There is no cupboard to hang your clothes, the bathroom light is on a motion sensor(!?), so light switches on in the middle of the night, when you may not want it to. Big yellow box on the wall is suppose to add to the maritime theme, but is just in the way (they should make the designers of these rooms stay in them for a week and then see how they feel about these form over function features). Maybe add some USB outlets in the power sockets instead! Several mice running around the restaurant in the evening.

Seeing the boats go by from your window or from the restaurant is a special experience. Staff is young but well trained and friendly

Rooms are a bit dated by now. Single glazing in the windows. Mice running around in the restaurant later on at night.

Gutes Hotel mitten im Hafen Ok

The staff was very nice and helpful at the reception. The location of the hotel is very good, outdoor parking, 7min to the train to the city, Rotterdam or to Den Haag. Breakfast was sufficient.

The beds were a bit too soft and the windows a bit leaky, it was stormy and there was a draught through the windows. There are hardly any options for hanging towels in the bathroom

Exceptional

Great for dogs but not much longer.

Super accomodating. We got an upgrade for the dogs and spent the night in the suite with direct view of the river. A very unique perspective with the ships passing by. Also enjoyed a night cap in the bar area which had a nice atmosphere.

The hotel will no longer be dog friendly from 2024!
