Excellent property, location and service!

Excellent location, well maintained and clean property. Amazing staff and service, especially front desk and concierge, Musa at front desk was great. They even helped us as our taxi to airport had luggage capacity issues due to a spare tire in the trunk, and they agreed to keep the spare temporarily to create more space. Good breakfast everyday on terrace with excellent view of Istanbul and Blue Mosque. Gave us great city tour and cruise options.

Exceptional

The scenery. We could see Sultanahmet from the window of our room. The breakfast is also nice on the terrace with a great view. The staff are very friendly. This is the second time we stay at this hotel following a previous good experience.
