Worst experience ever, AVOID AT ALL COST, Samuel is a very rude and unprofessional manager

Nothing to like, terrible. Apartment wasn't clean when we arrived. Host was rude and unprofessional, never apologised, AVOID AT ALL COST

Our worst experience in Mexico renting apartments. We were in contact with the property manager Samuel, and he was so unprofessional, unprepared and not communicative. We got in front of the door of the apartment inside this huge complex and he didn't have the apartment cleaned before our arrival. We have 3 kids, they were tired and hungry and so eager to get to the pool. 1 hr later, cleaning showed up and they were rude to us because we were annoyed by the situation. Samuel only offered us to cancel the booking, that's it.

Great Value but be aware that the owners do not care for the property

The pool is fantastic

The beds are stained the sheets are ripped and old. The towels had stains that looked like blood. The bathroom shower heads do not work well one of the rooms was missing light bulbs in general the property is great but the owners do not take care of the apartment
