Very good

Great short stay

My friend and I had a ground floor garden view room. The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. We stayed 2 nights, 1 being NYE and had a great time. On arrival, we found out that our booking included the hotels NYE gala dinner, which was lots of fun with performances, lucky draws, fireworks, and a delicious array of food. During our time all.member of staff were friendly and welcoming. We mainly chose Nai Yang Beach to be close to the airport for our earlier morning flight, but we were surprised by the quality of the long sandy beach and numerous beach restaurants.

We liked our room. However, a frosted glass shower door would be a bonus.

Good but not great.

Room is clean and well kept. Very convenient with the resort's app. You can even book what time they should come clean your room.

Relatively small pool and poor food quality & variety. Had to walk 10mins to a more crowded location for food if you do not want to eat in the resort.

An excellent little hotel, very conveniently located next to the beach with easy access to the bars and restaurants ther

Ideally located just a very short walk to the beach. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very courteous and professional.

We had a few persistent niggles with the safe not working but it was easily fixed but just a frustration as it was a pain to have to wait to have it reset so we could get things from the safe before we went out for the day. Housekeeping occasionally omitted to replenish the towels by that again was fixed with a telephone call.

Convenient location but advertisement needs to be more realistic

Good location - close to the beach and the airport. Lovely pool area with many day beds, but some build up of mould along the pool floor (minimal). The guest mobile app where you can chat with hotel staff is a good feature. Breakfast was varied and good.

I believe this resort is advertised as 5 stars. While we only stayed 1 night purely to be close to the airport, I would have been disappointed if this was our destination for much longer. The photos provided as advertisement are either from the initial opening or have been edited to appear brand new. The room itself was not well cleaned - the toilet screen was very dirty, with hair and dust accumulated in the corners (upon our arrival). In general, the walls also werent very clean, particularly in wet areas. The bedding itself was fresh and clean, but the curtains, decorative cushions and the headboard had multiple visible stains. We were supplied with 1 toilet roll, and no backups. We kept our doors shut at all times, however had multiple insects including mosquitos sharing the room with us (upon our arrival). Finally, the room had a musky smell, which in the humid environment raises concern for mould buildup.
