    Nice stay although far from most things.
    Good value stay at other end of town.
    Too far away from other attractions. We werent aware of this and shouldve researched more. Few dining options around.

    The host, Nguyn Hiu, is incredibly nice. He arranged a comfortable 7-seater car from Noi Bai International Airport to
    Excellent site and view. Great host.

    The Diamond Luxury Hotel have helpful and informative staff all located in a beautiful hotel with a simply splendid loca
    There is so much to like about the Diamond Luxury Hotel. First of all, the staff was amazing. Hieu, after just one call, was able to book our transportation to and from Hanoi and our day cruise on Ha Long Bay and he did it perfectly. We even asked to change around some of our activities after booking and it was no problem at all. In addition, the value for the money of this place is incredible as the rooms were modern and clean, and the views from the 9th floor Bar and Restaurant were simply amazing. I would highly recommend this establishment.

    Very nice well presented hotel would re visit.
    The hotel was ideally located for a lovely view over Halong Bay, there was everything you needed within easy access. The staff could communicate with us and were very helpful.

    A diamond of a find in a non touristy area of Halong
    Good location and price. We got a room with a very good view of the clock tower.
    Bottles of water too small. Breakfast option not too fantastic and overpriced.

    Fabulous Hotel, Excellent value for money
    The hotel is way beyond what we were expecting when we arrived, given it has a 3 star rating, as well as the price we paid. Absolutely good value for the money!! Linh was an absolute super star, he booked our cruise round Ha Long Bay as well as transport to the port and back to the hotel. Organisation from start to finish was second to none. Thank you Linh.

    it was a comfortable stay, the room was nice and spacious! Nice view of the islands the staff were welcoming and friendly! Good value for money. Given water and towels daily.
    The location was a problem for us, not much to do around the hotel at all, was very quiet and hardly any restaurants were available. Just our fault for not researching the best areas in ha long first! Also had an odd smell of smoke or something but again not a huge problem:)

    The sound of water sewerage going through every floor every day and night. The only time its quiet is when all the hotel guests goes to sleep
