Fantastic - such a great hotel with lovely people waiting to help you

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and welcoming. The location is fantastic, it's a 5 minute walk from the Teatro Maggio Musicale (where we were going to a show in the evening) and 10-15 minutes walk from the main sites in central Florence, so convenient. The hotel was absolutely spotless - and beautifully decorated. The bedroom, reception and dining rooms were welcoming and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with lovely fresh juice and great coffee and a buffet with both savoury a sweet options. Unfortunately because of the evening show we couldn't try dinner, but the staff kindly arranged for us to have a salad when we returned - rather too late for any restaurant. We'll definitely return!

Nothing really. Arriving by car was a small challenge due to the road layout - but we made it without problems. There really wasn't anything to dislike.

A beautiful hotel in an unattractive location.

The hotel is nicely decorated and well run. Our room had lovely high ceilings.

The location was a bit far from the center and the hotel sits on a very busy road. Our room looked onto this busy road which is loud (even with insulated windows) and not beautiful to look at. The hotel spa and restaurant are in the works.

Everything worked out fine for this trip to Florence. The location was the most important thing to us, so it was great.

The location for us worked out perfectly. We rented a car, so it was easy to drop off when we arrived as the office was right around the corner from the hotel. We also wanted to be close to the train station for our next destination. It was a bit of a walk to the central part of Florence, but it was a straight walk down to the city center. The property was well-kept, but felt the prices were a bit inflated.

The distance from the city center was a bit of a walk, but overall, the grounds were well-kept and the staff was friendly. It wasnt an over-the-top experience for us, but the location made up for it. The bedding wasnt the most comfortable- the sheets were not very soft, but the bed was comfortable.
