    Okay but not exactly value for money.
    Having a property like that in Palakkad is nice.
    WiFi not working. Card machine not working. Front desk staff awareness of other 5 star property care for the customer. Locker in one of the room not working. Water was just lukewarm. Several issues to go on and on but these are all improvements that can be worked on if the property is willing to listen and take notice.

    Buffet breakfast was superb. Beautiful scenery of mountains in Palakkad at the background of hotel
    First day, there was no buffet breakfast as shown in the pictures. Hotel should arrange Buffet breakfast irrespective of the amount of occupancy. Location is bit away from city, on the highway, but since we were having car, no issues.

    Excellent food. Comfortable room facilities. Pool and Gym. All staff -very helpful. Duty manager Anoop was very helpful. Also Anugha in the reception was helpful. Overall I found all staff are professionals and courteous.
    Nothing much to mention. Location could have been better.
