    A little gem of a hotel in a big city
    Beautiful hotel: room very spacious and one of the most comfortable beds weve ever tried! Unfortunately, we could stay only one night and in winter season so the city was a bit deserted and we couldnt experience Ha Long and this stunning hotel in full. Breakfast offer was rich with a nice selection of fruits, sweets and other complements. There is a chef who cooks your eggs a la minute. The property features a nice outdoor swimming pool on the 4th floor. Staff is very polite and welcoming.

    Nice hotel but location was challenging.
    The hotel is beautiful and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Huin organised a day cruise for us and was super helpful and spoke excellent English but she seemed to be the only one. The pool area is really nice and its good that you can order drinks and food to be served here.
    We had difficulty communicating in English with the majority of staff. The hotel was quiet when we stayed and so the breakfast buffet was nothing like what was pictured on here. You couldnt order food to eat in the bar area so had to order room service and eat in your room. The location didnt seem to have any other western tourists during our stay in November, which wouldnt normally be an issue but there didnt seem to be much to do as a result.

    Located in a quiet street, check in was quick and courteous, the room was spacious and clean, the bedroom view on level 12 was a bonus. Great value for money, would not have any trouble recommending this hotel.

    The hotel was quite nice and new with a good swimming pool but with disappointing reception staff
    The hotel looked new
    The staff at the reception were quite rude and had a very low level of English. Not helpful and with a bad attitude! When we tried to book a taxi with them we felt as if they wanted to scam us as they were asking double than what the driver asked us. The breakfast wasnt the best with limited options
