    location is good, public parking right next to hotel
    This hotel does not earn the rating it has. The doors to the rooms feel as if they are made from cardboard, The orange juice at the breakfast tasted awful, just tainted water. The coffee machine gave an error : no espresso, and staff did not propose to create a real expresso at the professional coffee-machine that is standing in the bar, next to the breakfast-room. The milk-capsules that were present in the room next to the Nespresso machine were expired.

    Great spot in Old Town
    Good location, walkable to everyting. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Good bed and pillows. Good A/C. Water every day was a great perk. Loved having a water kettle and mini fridge. High cleaning standard and great staff. Nice rain shower with rapid, hot water.
    Weird, triangular batgroom that was hard to close the door in. Like, you had to back up against the sink to close it. If you didnt latch it, it would swing open and hit you while on the toilet. It kinda sucked at 0300 when i was half asleep. Breakfast did not vary much. It was adequate, but nothing to look forward to unless youre into to bready things and sweets. (Im not)

    Breakfast was a feast. Everything was delicious. Our room was more suitable for a single person. Too small for a couple. Location was ideal. A few steps away from bakery, restaurants, tourists sights and a short ride to Knossos and airport. Staff was great.

    The main feature of this hotel is the particular kindness and professionalism of all the staff, from the reception personnel to those in the breakfast room. The location is, moreover, absolutely strategic. Only a few words, finally, to say about breakfast: it is absolutely fantastic and very rich.
    The comfort of the bathroom was not up to the hotel! The opening of the door prevented a comfortable passage to the toilet and a huge amount of water was coming out from the shower-box, flooding the entire bathroom (and a bit even the entire room).

    The hotel was very nice, and when I reached there, they helped me with early check-in and also upgraded my room to higher class. Everything thing was too good and even breakfast was very good with so many varieties.
