    Quaint but not value for money. Not a 5star hotel
    The location. Very close to a busy area bursting with life and restaurants. 20- 30 minutes walking distance to main tourist attractions . The front desk receptionists were all very polite, helpful and
    1) Breakfast is a joke. Very Limited options. Only 1 option of bread, as they serve you only 1 small piece of white bread and they didn't bring more even when we asked. The worst service. 2) Very noisy road so you will wake up several times during every night. 3) No bathtop. Just a shower. 4)It's not a proper 5 star hotel. It's more like a medium 4 stars hitel 5) Definitely not value for money

    The rooms were very nice. We had a suite with two bathrooms. I did like the general area. There were some very nice restaurants and shops. You could also walk to many attractions. Martina was very helpful. There was a paid parking lot across the street.
    First of all I dont this this is a five star property. It was located across the street (very close) to the anti mafioso department! There were armed guards and other security guards there all day. The day we got there the prime minister, Meloni was coming for a meeting. All the blocks were closed for hours. The hotel is facing this building so if you opened the outer curtains people from the building could look in the room and there was always someone out there window smoking. The rooms were also dark so it would have been nice to be able to open the curtains. The breakfast was terrible for a five star property. I had better options in three star hotels. There was no heat in the building because management decided not to put it on even though the government of Italy allowed it to be on (Italy has zones for when you can put on heat and Romes was November 8 so the heat should have been put on.) I ended up getting a cold!

    Comfortable hotel with a good location. The staff was nice and helpful.
    The breakfast. For the price charged, I expect a buffet, and not just a few bites with eggs. The breakfast is nowhere near how it should be in a 5 star hotel.
