Very good

Good basic room facilities and breakfast

This is a huge holiday park with a lot of people staying in multiple apartments. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The breakfast was good, with a lot of alternatives and abundant amount of food and good service.

The room was a bit cold, we couldn't find a way to warm. The apartment was far away from the main reception building, we had to walk a long way.

Great accommodating place!

The location of this property was great! Theres a nice strip of restaurants & bars across the street. You can even walk to Cristo Rei for a small hike/photo opportunity. Short drive into the city of Funchal, so you can still enjoy the city without staying in it. Easy to get taxis/a car service if youre not renting a car. The outdoor areas were beautiful. Two outdoor pools, plenty of lounges, outdoor plants make it feel so tropical and stunning!

The free breakfast was the same everyday and to us wasnt plentiful enough to keep us full for a long period of time. No Wi-Fi in the rooms BUT there is access within the lobby and places to sit and hangout.

Good value for the money, but without wifi and its very noisy

The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. You can enjoy the breakfast in a huge balcony, next to an amazing garden. The location of the hotel is good, you can find some restaurant and shops close to the hotel.

You can hear everything, realy everything from the neighboring rooms. They dont had a full house, I dont understand why they cant separate the guests far from each other. We didnt understand the facility in the room: a kitchen without any dish, plate... There is no wifi (not weak, nothing!) in the rooms, only in the reception. Its unaxeptable for me in 2023. You need to pay for the parking in the hotels street, but its free in the next one.

Nice hotel to stay few nights

Sea view. Cristo Rei view. Renovated room. They have pools. Busses to Funchal/west and Machico/east. Resturants and facilities nearby.

Internet only near reception. Breakfast just enough to stay alive.

Location is great, local bar, restaurant just across the street.

There is small kitchen in the room, but no plates, utensils and cutlery provided. You can hear every sound no only from your side neighbors, but also from the floor above you.

I dont recommend.

Very clean

The breakfast was the worst. Poor options and everything that I tried to eat was horrible. The shower towels very bad quality, simple rooms and at night the pipes makes a weird noises. I didnt sleep well. Also the hotel is huge and is so easy to get lost inside. The location is not good, not much around and To go to the city centre you have to get a taxi. I wouldnt recommend

Disappointing

Acceptable.

Super friendly and useful staff. Clean room. Good breakfast. Although it is not the center of Funchal, we enjoyed the location, nice scenery.

Read carefully what is included in your package, because you see hotel amenities, doesn't mean you will get them in your package. The room itself was oke, but no AC, kitchen with no cutlery, the outdoor pools, forget about them, the indoor is oke.
