    Exceptional hotel, superb staff and a gem of a hotel
    Myself and my wife had an excellent stay recently at the hotel. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were greeted in the room by Champagne, port wine and macaroons! The staff at the hotel were very friendly and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast spread in the mornings was delicious and quite extensive in options . The staff deserve to be recognized for the immaculate cleanliness and presentation around the entire hotel.

    Great hotel, friendly staff - tiny spa
    The room was very beautiful and everyone was very friendly. Also the spa area with pool, whirlpool and sauna is relaxing and the hotel itself is amazing.
    Compared to the size of the hotel, the pool area is tiny. It would definitely need a second whirlpool and at least more deckchairs. There are only 5!! for the whole hotel.

    Excellent Hotel, cozy room and perfect bed. Beautiful view over Lisbon. Superb breakfast and staff delightful. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. One of the best I've stayed.

    Very nice hotel however sadly lots of small things that could be rectified to make it a wonderful stay.
    Beautiful lobby. Enormous room, luxury bed. Great staff
    Room was cold, No plug sockets/chargers near bed nearest one was over by the tv across the room. wallpaper was tired and peeling. Windows were very dirty. Tv had terrible reception. Only 1 teabag offered despite the fact that we were a couple. Water not very hot for bath etc. No information booklet in room, which would give some idea about the area and what places to visit etc. No info in room at all.

    Fantastic room on the 11th Floor (corner of the building with a great view of the city and river) Room: 1101. Great personal workers, from the front desk, restaurant, cleaning ladies, and room service. Food is also fantastic, from breakfast, lunch and dinners. The Dom Pedro Hotel is just across from a great shopping center called Amoreiras :)
    Went once to the spa, and found the pool water quite cold for being an indoor pool and in December.
