Right on the beach - breakfast was good - staff was great and has a water spray before the room

The rom was not so great - the water smelt and tasted like rust which was horrible - the walls where so thing you can hear everything from the next room -

Just the location, the rest was okay.

The lady in the reception was unfriendly and wasnt helpful at all.

Ko Lipe

Close to walking street and beachfront. Staff were lovely.

Beds weren't very comfortable, and the rooms were not great. The pool was green, and breakfast wasn't very vegetarian friendly. Photos are misleading.

Be careful

The location and friendly female reception staff. Eventually agreeing to a refund with apologies made.

Booked a superior room but unfortunately was allocated an inferior room across from a construction site. Changed to the one and only remaining room which had dirty underwear in the drawer. Awoke to a barking dog in the room below and then observed the same dog having a poo right outside my room. Checked out immediately. Ruined our holiday on Koh Lipe.
