They had no option2 after being fully booked for New Years Eve. They take over an hour to check in guests.

pleasant stay. very good staff. okay breakfast.

very good staff. comfortable rooms.

the tag line "canal view" was too much of an oversell. the breakfast was not upto the Hilton brand expectations. deluxe rooms had balcony door blocked. room space on the tighter side.
