    Huge disappointment
    The staff was very friendly.
    The bathroom needs urgent renovation. The water was leaking from the tap down the wall and then going to the floor. We noticed that when taking a bath and immediately stopped, otherwise the full room would get flooded. This is certainly not a new issue, as you can see in the photo, the silicon is already dark (mold?) because of it! Also, the ventilation is terrible and AC hardly works. After taking a bath the walls in the bathroom were wet for over an hour at least. Temp in the room never got below 22.5 despite setting AC at 15 and less. Overall a disappointment. The hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

    Exceeded expectations for a 5 night stay. Highly recommended
    The location was great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and close to other attractions. The hotel was clean and had a lot of features. Multiple restaurants on site, room service, pool, elevators. The king size room was enormous. It had a single couch, a desk, dining table & chairs, fridge, full size closet and drawers. The bathroom had a good size jacuzzi bath & shower, nice toiletries. One note, as the bath was a jacuzzi, it was a high step in & out of the shower. The staff was great, super friendly and helpful with a city tour, where to go in the area. The only disappointment was a misinterpretation of spa facilities. I assumed that meant massages, mani, pedis but it means there is a sauna on site. Perfect for a visitor from out of country.

    The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the facilities are extremely good
    The staff and the facilities are brilliant unfortunately the sound proofing of the rooms is poor. Despite being on the 6th floor we could clear hear conversations being had on the street which at night time became very busy, the scooters, the motobikes, the cars and trucks made it extremely difficult to sleep.
