Bad

When we checked in and got to our room, we unpacked just to realize our room had several issues. Bathroom door was off the hinge and didnt work, bathroom light was broken, air didnt work. Was told they would send maintenance up. Maintenance got up and said we never shouldve been put in that room. We had to pack all our stuff back up to be moved rooms. Our new room was not very clean and someones dirty towel was under the bathroom sink. Breakfast- we had to clean our own table and chairs from crumbs even though we were seated at that table by waitress. When tried to get ice the ice machine wasnt working. By far the worst hotel experience weve ever had and was our first time ever in the state of Tennessee

Very good

Staff was friendl. checking-in and out was easy. The cookies they gave during check-in were delicious.

I could hear through the walls pretty easily, so it was a bit difficult to sleep at times (doors banging, loud TVs, people talking, etc.)

Decent property but nothing exceptional.

The comforter on the bed was very dingy and looked like it needed a good cleaning. The cabinet in the bathroom had holed in it and was in need of repair. There also was no ironing board or coffee creamer in my room
