    Loud and expenisve for what you get.
    This property is close to the port. The staff that is working is extremely nice
    The property failed to inform that an active picket line is happening prior to arrival. The picketers start very early 6 or 7 am and the noise level is 90 decibels or higher. You can hear it through out the entire property dont plan to sleep. The breakfast was very basic for 18 dollars a person and the coffee is 4 dollars a cup for coffee out of a bulk brew. The room was not very clean and the balcony we paid extra for was very dirty and not private as the online photos show.

    Great location for cruise terminal
    Location was good for us as we were going on a cruise. It was a short 10min drive. Easy to get an Uber for around $12 including tip
    It is dated and needs a bit of TLC. Our balcony door wouldnt open until the engineer fixed it with brute force. After which we couldnt lock it.

    They didnt clean our room or give us fresh towels. I had to go fetch them myself. Also your restaurant is not good at all.
    Your desk people were no help. All I had was decaf coffee and they didnt give us regular coffee till the next day. We stayed for two days twice. One before my cruise and after.
