Great location and unit was OK for 2 days

Location, location

Parking no assigned parking spots. Hard to park close to unit for loading and unloading luggage. Unit was dark ground floor and not safe to leave windows open for air at night.

Great location! Close to Ajax and all shopping and restaurants. Bus stop to other mountains is only a couple blocks away. Unit is a great size for family of four or two couples. Stocked with anything you need to cook. Nice updated bath.

Just know the entrance is on the back of the buildinga little confusing.

my friends called the condo chateau dumpster and given the location on the alley and smell inside really sums it up. the

the only good thing about this condo was the location.

this property is clearly employee housing that shouldnt be rented out. also there was no indication that it was on the alley next to the dumpsters. the property had a dank and persistent smell. all in all, a real dump. was quite disappointed
