    The room and breakfast were great. I would stay here again.
    We had a corner room which was very nice and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic. The location seemed a little far from the train station, but not bad. It was uphill, though :)

    Great location with friendly staff for visiting Christmas markets!
    The location was ideal, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was an elegant and hearty experience. Excellent service from Roderigo at breakfast. He was attentive and friendly. The beautifully decorated lobby was warm and cozy. The perfect place to relax on the couches by the Christmas tree. There was also seating that allowed us to play cards after visiting the nearby Christmas market.
    Having to check out! Our sons did not think the WiFi was fast enough.

    Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were really kind and available for any question that we had, the breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfy and the room was extremely clean! The location was perfect, near the castle and also to all the Christmas markets.

    A nice city , went for Xmas markets , very easy travel from airport, plenty to see and do - word of warning if you want
    Good quiet location in old town , great breakfast , very helpful reception staff
    Maybe nice to have some complimentary water in the room
