    Lovely place just wouldnt rush back.
    View was lovely. Area nice
    Value for money. Understaffed, the fact you had to pay 80 PP to get into a New Years party after not being told about it when booking. Even tho we were staying at the hotel we had to pay extra, or be left out completely.

    Very strange staff that need training. Asked for a seat in the restaraunt at 5PM and was told it was completely booked f
    Hotel room was comfy and clean but that is the only positive
    Spa was not open and this was not advised until asked. Wi-Fi did not work and had to call 8 times to chase up someone fixing this so we could enjoy the TV. Pool facilities were not cleaned each day. Sauna did not work at all and steam room had blood on seat that was not cleaned from one day to the other.

    The hotel and the setting were beautiful,
    Booked for dinner, had to wait 45 mins, to be seated,food not that good, and the white wine we ordered was not chilled , in all the restaurant totally lets the rest of hotel down

    Beautiful location but hotel rooms are roasting hot even in the winter.
    A beautiful location! The rooms were nice and modern. Good shower. Great facilities on site, especially if you have a family. Pool was great, not too busy in the evening. We will definitely be back but maybe look at the cabins next time. Staff always happy to answer our questions.
    When checking in it would have been helpful if they had told us times for things like breakfast and checkout. They just told us our room number and how to get to it but no other helpful details about our stay. The bedding was stained but clearly washed. The rooms were roasting hot! We went when it was around 0 outside and we kept the window open 24/7 and it was still ridiculously hot. Food was okay but nothing special.
