    Staff and views are amazing, but beware the cockroaches, sewer, and spotty wifi.
    Amazing staff that helps coordinate travel and activities. Excellent location in Oia within walking distance to the sights. Beautiful view of caldera. Great spot to relax and enjoy Santorini!
    Found 7 (very large) cockroaches during our stay. Room smelled of sewer due to plumbing and they used air freshener to try and mask the smell but it was very noticeable. Wifi did not work in the room at all times, it was very spotty.

    Amazing views of Oia Caldera.
    Great views of Oia caldera. The daily breakfast was delicious. The space was kept clean daily, towels and robes were replaced daily. We enjoyed the hot tub so much despite the windy conditions. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
    The hot water runs out so quick.

    Beautiful room with a nice view and a good hot tub! We appreciate the breakfast box that was provided because of our early checkout!
    During check out we didn't have a pleasant experience! (We weren't provided with the porter service though we had informed earlier and asked for it! The man at the reception was rude. We had to carry one of our luggage all by ourselves)

    Amazing experience in a unique place.
    Location, amazing views, and having breakfast on the private terrace . Front desk staff gave us great local information including restaurant tips and local day trips which they also booked for us
    There was a bad smell in the room at night, and the de humidifier and pool filter made a noise all night.

    Good location but youd better carry hand luggages only for being easier to carry to the room
    Good views & good location however the tree in front of the room needs to be trimmed down to expose the good view
    The hotel needs to inform us about the path leading to the hotel/room in more details. It is impossible to find the hotel for the new comers if dont make phone calls to your staff. The porter fees need to be informed in advance too.
