    Jacuzzi in the bedroom
    Jacuzzi or bath could not be used as it was leaking water down the floor below. Pretty much whole room was not in the newest state, a bit outlived.

    Nice position, the room was big and clean. Staff is kind and open to answer all questions. The area looks ok If you will have breakfast there, you need to try the alfajores

    This is not a 4 star hotel
    The staff at reception and the breakfast was okay.
    This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe 2 to 3 stars. The suite I booked on the 7th floor, room 707 had a small, dingy and boxed in balcony, which I swapped for a double room at room 701, but I was not given a reduction in the price and the hotel kept the difference.

    Location was within walking distance to Center, Staff was accomodating
    Walkway to get to the main roads felt unsafe, balcony overlooked roof tops, construction, no real spa or workout area, breakfast was lacking hot food

    Functional but tired place
    The catering staff and room cleaners are wonderful. The breakfast is very good for the continental options.
    The hotel is very tired. Our bedroom carpets and curtains were stained and dirty in places. From beds, mattresses, to the furniture, everything is very old and battered. Aircon was dripping on the carpet while in use. Advertising photos, although of the room, are either old or in favourable lighting as the room does not look like that when you enter. The location is convenient but in a business centre that is not very lively in the evenings.
