Great location, comfortable room.

Room above the bar where terrible musician was singing and playing until very late. Ruined the experience.

Staff upon arrival, was not extremly freindly Failed to infrom us that the lift wasnt working One in our group struggled with stairs Upon leaving my phone in room upon departure i am still waiting on a call back 12 hours later

Fantastic location and hotel but take earplugs to sleep.

The property was very clean and well maintained and very convenient for the tram.

The hotel has a bar below the hotel rooms which has live entertainment on Friday and Saturday evenings which is great but it was so loud the sound traveled up. I was unable to sleep until the band had finished which was 1am in the morning both nights, so for that reason I would not return unless this changed. Shame as the hotel is lovely otherwise.

Great location room large staff terrific disappointing no lift

The room was large The staff were fantastic Location was excellent

Lift was broken had to climb two sets of stairs Kitchen facilities not great could not work oven / microwave No toaster but the staff organised one which was appreciated
