    A comfortable stay with convenient location
    Location is perfect! Next to Rialto bridge and ACTV vaporetto water bus stations and close to many restaurants and shops. Walk to Piazza San Marco is about 10 mins only.
    We booked a deluxe double room and we were surprised there was no view at all (completely blocked by building next to our windows). Also hotel can uses a better facet. It doesn't really look like a hotel.

    Fabulous, will stay again.
    This hotel is quirky but fabulous. The location was fantastic, close to everything, and easy to get to. Will be staying there again.

    An unusual yet luxurious hotel overlooking the Grand Canal in the heart of Venice.
    Breakfast and its setting were absolutely wonderful overlooking the Grand Canal just below the Rialto Bridge and only five minutes' walk from Saint Mark's Square. The hotel and its decor were unusual but very luxurious.

    Beautifully romantic room and location!
    The bed was super comfortable with selection of pillows of different firmness. Room was gorgeous and the view was second to none. The windows had great soundproofing, so you could listen to the sounds of the Grand Canal or easy shut it out. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

    Would highly recommend for a romantic visit to Venice
    Water taxi dock across the walkway from the hotel entrance, The hotel was just a few yards from the Rialto. The sites, ferries and restaurants were next door to 15 minutes' walk away. You couldn't ask for a better location. Excellent breakfast choices in a dining room overlooking the Grand Canal. The rooms were nicely furnished and exceptionally clean.
    We happened to be there during an unseasonal hot spell. Room ventilation could have been better.
