    The service was great! The guy called me before checking in to inform me of a crisis at their premises and assured me that I'd get a room at one of their other lodges (Kimberley Botique), that's where I actually spent the night. The room was neat and clean, so was the bathroom! Top-notch shower! Loved it!
    The bed made an unusual noise as soon as I climbed onto it.... The inside of the room can be seen through a portion of the door when the room is lit at night..made me uncomfortable.

    Friendly cleaning staff.
    There was no view as promised. No microwave in the room as requested. Flies everywhere in the room. The bedding was old and had black stains on it that indicated that it cant be removed.
