Tori at the front desk was really helpful and nice. She put us in a great room too. The complimentary wine and breakfast were a pleasant touch. Also, the staff brought us up silverware upon request, which was great since the takeout we ordered hadnt included it.
Parking is extremely expensive, and I had to get out of the car and walk down the block a bit to get the valets attention and ask them to do their job. The TV remote in the room wasnt working. The water in the shower was lukewarm, not hot enough to enjoy. Theres really not direction from staff or signage to tell you where to go when you enter the building.

Check in on NYE was long (about an hour wait just in line) and room wasnt ready despite being after check in time so we had to wait another hour for our room

Confortable bed, great shower pressure, amazing gym, staff overly nice (!), happy hour offer, great breakfast. Amazing place!
Seriously, the staff was super nice and helping.
Dog friendly hotel, big plus for our Leo.
Nothing except that the parking cost wasn't communicate to us. It was $60USD for the 12 hours we were there but we learned when we got the charge. Quite expensive. The rest was amazing!
