    Hotel standard rooms with friendly B&B character
    Very friendly, good communication, an excellent breakfast (which was why we chose it!) and very close to the Princess Theatre where we came to see a show. The rooms were large and very nice.

    A thoroughly enjoyable break in what was our first visit to the area.
    The location was ideal and only a few minutes walk from the seafront. Furthermore, free parking was available to the rear of the property. Hunstanton is ideally placed to visit other towns in the area. The breakfast was lovely; there was a good choice of cereals and fruit and the cooked breakfast was excellent.
    Whilst this did not cause my wife and I any problems, for the benefit of other potential holiday makers I would mention that there is no lift at the property and the rooms are generally located on upper floors.
