Not the best hotel Ive stayed at recently.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good- especially the omelet.

There were problems from the start. The elevator was noisy and sounds like chains rattling and shook every time you used it. The room was hot and when we tried to cool it down, it just got hotter. The bedroom tv would not do anything but default to Netflix and the living room tv had channels but they didnt correspond to the guide at all- guide said HGTV- show was Fox News. We called the front desk and a maintenance man came- he could do nothing about the tv, except report the problem, but he did fix the heater. You could barely turn the taps on the bathroom sink and the shower was just a trickle- the shower head was detaching from the wall. The refrigerator frozen anything on the top shelf. Much of the printed and online info was out of date- I.e. parking was supposed to be $9, pick up your parking sticker at the desk. It was $12 and you paid online. I got an email 3 days before stating you needed to wear a mask- I wrote back immediately asking if that was true- no response. I did receiving an email saying you didnt need to mask- the day AFTER I checked out. Ive stayed at Embassy Suites previously with no problems but its been awhile. I will hesitate before using them again when cheaper and better options are available.

Overall I would recommend based on staff friendliness, cleanliness and convenience of location.

Able to accommodate check in after midnight. Property was clean and well maintained and the staff was friendly.

Door lock was difficult to fully lock. Unable to print out bill at check in as computer system was down

We stayed in 12 Hotels across the USA on our train trip, and we loved the Embassy Suites the best!

The front Desk Representative Naomi was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Bartender/Restaurant waiter very nice and friendly, made us feel like we were at a family reunion. Teresa the fabulous omelet maker, how does she do that? Make us enjoy standing in line and chatting with us and making scrumptious omelets. Our view was great also.

We had a suite room around the rotunda. The suite between the events and the bedroom allowed for a peaceful sleep.

It was odd that the bathroom did not have a working vent. The mirrors were foggy and had started to turn the walls with the constant humidity.

Overall Embassy Suites is a beautiful hotel!

I loved the decor. The breakfast was outstanding! Loved how it was made fresh and the options were great! Staff was polite and very accommodating!

The one complaint I have is the sofa bed mattress. It was horribly uncomfortable. I slept maybe a full 3 hours due to the springs digging into me in any position I turned.

Loved the comfy beds, great food and awesome people working there.

we always enjoy this hotel. Our grandson is loves with elevators so he was on cloud 9. We loved the jacuzzi, the beds were very comfy and our room was refreshed and cleaned while we were there. The made to order breakfast is always a hit.

Just a personal observation but more allergy friendly foods would be nice, gluten free and dairy free choices. Also while there the weather turned bad and snowed, the sidewalks and drop off area were slick and seemed to not be treated or plowed very well.
