When we arrived we were greeted by an employee at the reception who was in a very bad mood. Terrible breakfast, super disorganized. There were many guests at breakfast and they were unable to meet demand. Few options for breakfast. The cost of my stay at the time of booking was 315.00 dollars, when I went to pay and the value was 362.33. The reception team told me they would refund, but so far nothing. Disappointed.

Satisfied !

Location was awesome, very close to the airport. Liked the room, private suite had separate lounge area, kitchen, etc. Overall was good experience

I didnt like the manners of lady at the front desk. She was meeting bare minimum bar for the customer service. Could have genuinely been more helpful and welcoming when onboarding clients, and assisting customers. Aside from this, had zero complaints.
