Should of got a refund. not going there again

BREAKFAST was very good

The whole hotel heating unit went out. Wife was freezing as she has heart problems. Wife called several times. No one answered, I called several times. Finally someone did. Said they would bring a space heater. 40 Min. later I called again and complained then they finally brought it up to our room. Another weak thing they do is there is no disclosure on Booking.com that you have to pay $15 per day for parking. They would not wave it. I've stayed there over 25 days since August 2022 due to wife heart surgeries at nearby hospital.

The Heater went out in the whole hotel. Wife was freezing due to bad heart. Called front desk and requested a space heater. Called 3 more times no answer. Called 1:15 later. Finally got a hold of someone on1 qqq the phone and they finally brought it up in a few minutes. Also unfair they charge for parking when nothing is mentioned on Booking.com

Not what I expected after a long day of travel.

The breakfast was better than most hotels. Omelets and French toast made to order.

The first room I was given had an air mover in it to dry out a water damage area.

Enjoyed it. All except the bath tub. Glad I was only there for 1 night.

Decent Hot Breakfast. Cheri at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The only thing abut our room # 118 was apparently the bath/shower had been re bathed and the material used was flaking off and rolling up on the bottom and the sides. Looked terrible. I didn't want to take a shower in it. I would say that needs to be fixed. Being a travel agent and our headquarters is practically across the street AAA Arizona I would want to get that fixed ASAP.

We wont come back

We enjoyed the staff and the the campus

We had one of the premium suites bathroom has mold, lavatory very dirty carpet you needed to wear shoes, balcony had bird poop overall cleanliness terrible!! Called maintenance, three times to get a coffee maker that worked and it took two hours to get a couple quesadillas. We were actually told by the bar and Grill Im too busy to make two quesadillas.

Breakfast was great. The surroundings as far as visuals go were very nice. The room layout is also nice.

First, there were cockroaches everywhere, the air conditioning made a lot of noise, there was no hot water in the shower, and the pool had more salt than the dead sea.

Toilet was making a sound all night long, wouldn't flush properly. The light switches wouldn't go off they had a little dim light on that was actually bright. The house cleaning is not cleaning well enough especially under the bathroom vanity, AND most definitely not the fold out couch..we unfolded it and found chips, a pill, and that tells me the sheets were definitely not cleaned. The curtains were not appealing for the front door makes you feel watched because you can't close it all the way without having a gap. The pool is so tiny and was filthy! No one was on site for the restaurant. 2 elevators were not working Definitely needs a major remodel with the prices you pay I don't want to see old run down falling aged building
