Superb

Hotel and rooms were great. Spacious. Beds were comfortable. Very spacious room for family of 4.

The breakfast wasn't great. Items were cold and stale. Had to stand in line just to get simple items like eggs or bacon.

Good location, not very comfortable beds

Location and design were very good. Breakfast was above average for an Embassy hotel.

The mattresses were horrible. We couldn't sleep very well. As a suggestion, please take a look at the heavenly beds at the Westin hotels.

Wonderful Hotel

The hotel is really nice, large, and spacious. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Parking is plentiful and it seemed secure. The staff is great. We liked the size of the room, cleanliness, and the beds were comfortable. We had a great night sleep most of the nights we were there. You will find a cigar lounge and a restaurant/bar with live music across the street. The hotel has a small pool for the kids. For the adults, there is a nice bar in the lobby with nice options. Breakfast is offered although we never had it. The bar has free drinks to guests from 5-7 both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Overall it is a very nice hotel. We used to stay closer to down town, but we will staying here moving forward when we are in SA.

The hotel is further North West. If you are on a quiet relaxing family trip this is perfect. If you want to get in the city and enjoy the night life it is a bit of a trek. One night we were startled by an employee knocking on the door at 3AM asking to come in due to a fire alarm. I called the front desk, confirmed and let them in. They verified no smoke no fire etc in the room but it was a pretty bad experience for my wife and 4 kids. I spoke to the manager on site and expressed my dissatisfaction and she was extremely nice and understanding. It was a negative experience, but I am sure it may have been a one off. Definitely not keeping us from staying here in the future.
