    Not good for such a high end hotel.
    Location and breakfast.
    The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. The shower nozzle was loose also , the hand rail in the shower. The bath room floor had hair on it. The walls in the room where the bed was were stained. Bathroom cabinets had a film on them. Dirty where the towels were.

    Nice people and looked nice
    I didnt like the the door handles and curtain rods were falling off. I also called the front desk several times to ask for pillows and blankets and I finally got them hours later.

    It was clean
    The staff was rude, we needed sheets for the bed we couldnt get ahold of anyone in the hotel. We called over 5 times. We were already in pjs and there were a lot of people there, so we didnt go downstairs. When we finally did get someone on the phone they were very unprofessional. There were kids running around the halls and knocking on doors, because the parents didnt want to take care of them. Over all we will not be staying there again. We are frequent travelers and have always loved Embassys. Little Rock needs to do better.

    Lied to, mislead,
    Breakfast, staff, location, size of room.
    We called and asked about them having a hot tub by the pool specifically, we were told yes. We cancelled a room and paid over $100 more for this room and THERE WAS NO HOT TUB! plus the ice machine on our floor didn't work. I would have kept the cheaper room if I had known all this.
