Amazing stay, with amazing staff helping me with everything I need. Will 100% be returning on my next trip to Istanbul.

Such a lovely and modern property. Cleanliness was immaculate, on request my room was cleaned everyday to a great standard. I had a lovely time using the spa facilities, good size pool (very calm environment), the steam room & sauna was also great (all included within the price). The hotel is located very near Taksim (walking distance) and other touristic spots such as Galata and Hagia Sofia/Blue Mosque etc.

very comfortable hotel, guest friendly service

We had a great time at the hotel, we would love to come back anytime. The room was incredibly comfortable. The bed is soft and luxurious, the bath and jacuzzi very relaxing. We liked the terrace and the view of the city, and enjoy the flight of seagulls in the area. They serve a very delicious and varied breakfast. Everything was exceptionally tasty. The wellness department was also very good. If you come to Istanbul to see the city and relax, it is definitely recommended for you, because the airport transfer bus and the metro and the red tram start nearby, and the rooms are very nice, comfortable and clean.

We also used the Turkish bath service, which was pleasant but very short. approx. 10 minutes. So it wasn't worth it that much. However the wellness department is very good, the steam bath and sauna are also highly recommended. The hotel is located at the end of a rather steep street, you should be prepared with comfortable shoes!
