    The staff are really friendly and they have tons of free snack in the reception including brownies, coffee, tea, munchies. The hotel as a cosy atmosphere and in a good location. Perfect for stay in the center before navigating into the wild beautify of norway!

    Great base for exploring the town
    Good location, close to the centre, bus stops etc. Helpful knowing which restaurants gave discounts for guests. Reception staff v helpful. Waffles in the evening were a hit with the children.

    The staff were fantastic. Location was great and central. Shower facilities great.
    I found the bed a little small for a double bed.

    Sweet hotel :)
    We really appreciate the location, everything was easy to reach by walk. There was a possibility to order a taxi on the reception. The staff was very friendly and wiling. The free waffles ritual was a very plaesant surprice. And the delicious jam! The free candies and cookies were a kind caress also. Whole bar downstairs was very practical. It is a great place to stay for visiting the city.

    The hotel has a good decoration. The free cookie and coffe in the lobby smells really good. The room got a good view, which is right towards the majestic mountain. Heating is sufficient. The shower head is surprisingly smooth, which is generally not expected in any hotel. The location is excellent, which perhaps already worths the price.
    I am not being finicky but the WI-FI here really makes people miserable. You can only get few seconds of network with reasonable quality and then you lost communication with the router. I can even imagine the poor router working its ass off trying to pass through data for hundreds, or potentially even more of devices and you can see through a monitor that the router constantly failed to pass the data down to you because upload link was generally in good conditions. So please, buy a new router, it's suffering now.

    Staff was amazing and helpful, location was also good. But the "free waffle and the coffee" was the best!! I really recommend!
    Internet was not so good, but they explained kindly that they try to make it better.

    Staying experience, sorry for his price
    The staff's service attitude is okay, dealing with the problem is quite positive, whether there is any effect is another story.
    Wi-Fi connection needs to be better, hotel Wi-Fi is basically non-existent, basic supermarkets are not provided, e.g. hairdryers are only three available throughout the hotel, no mini fridge in the room, soundproofing is not working, shower taps don't twist properly
