Spacious, clean, comfortable and amazing view!

The unit was wonderful. The space is huge! Could most portions of the unit had been refreshed recently. The staff was extremely helpful.

The entire unit was clean except the shower heads in both bathrooms. They had excessive amounts of black mold on them. Please replace and clean regularly.

Apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, view of the beach from the balcony was great, very relaxing

That check out was at 10am. I would have liked a little bit more time in the morning to get everything done in the apartment before we left.

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few inconveniences.

Good location, room was clean

When we arrived there wasn't any toliet tissue in the room we had to call security to get some and the hot tub was closed during our stay.

No air or ac in the gym. The WiFi connection isnt strong which made it difficult to check work email.

Refrigerator stopped working and spoiled all of our food, the owners did NOT care.

We received messages every day about our stay and the first 2 days were great! But on the 3rd day things changed.

But on the 3rd day the refrigerator stopped freezing and all of our freezer things melted, including 2 cartons of Ice cream. The refrigerator was cool, but not cold. There was a puddle of water in the freezer. The thing that was SO disappointing was that when we notified the person that had continued to message us EVERYDAY, did NOT response. We told them the refrigerator had stopped working. But would not response to my messages. Finally, when we were checking out, then they said they would contact maintenance. They did NOT offer ANY compensation for all of our spoiled items, nor did they even say they were SORRY it happened. :(
