The shower was quite old. The seating around the pool bar was old and broken. Stayed in the pool view room, we where on the very top floor, floor 4 and the view straight across was a multi story carpark

Made us wait 20 mins past our check in because the room wasnt cleaned yet
came back 20 mins later only to be told the room is not clean yet again
they told to wait near counter and have been standing there for another 20 mins
This is on top of having to line up everytime they told me to wait again in a long queue because all other rooms werent ready

very nice hotel, comfy stay, slightly noisy messy neighbours.
Room was very comfortable, bed was great. Nicely airconditioned.
View was mostly just a roof, and there was always rubbish out the front of the neighbour's room, which wasn't collected very often.

I had fun cause of who I was with this hotel did not make our stay
Location location location fantastic in the heart of freo close to shops and restaurants. The two pools are awesome in summer with pool side services
Staff are rude Ive stayed here a few time and every time they are just rude . Room was not ready at check in time which had to wait an hour no apologies . Phone was broken in room and they did not come up to fix which meant ordering room service was a trip down to the busy reception area .
Our room was extremely loud once breakfast started with staff setting up

Gorgeous property.
Windows were double glazed which blocked external sound when necessary.
Pool was quite small considering size of the property.
